You talk to the builder
No account manager in between. The person on your calls is the person writing the code, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off.
You watch it being built
You get a private preview link on day one. It updates as the work does, so progress is something you click, not a status report.
A direct line, every week
A short call each week and a WhatsApp or email thread in between. Questions usually get an answer the same day.
Decisions made together
Every design direction, feature and trade-off is shown to you before it is locked in. You approve; nothing is a surprise at launch.
You own all of it
Code, design files, domain and accounts are in your name when we finish. If you ever move on, you take everything with you.
Still here after launch
Fixes are included for a set time after launch, then care plans from RM 150 a month keep things updated and backed up.
