A partner, not a vendor.

Some businesses need a website once. Most need someone who understands how they run and keeps improving it. That is what I would rather do: work with you month after month until I know your business almost as well as you do.

It suits owners of a small or growing business who do not have a technical person on the team, and do not want to explain themselves to a new agency every time something breaks.

Start the conversation

What the first year looks like.

Roughly. We adjust it as we learn what your business needs, and nothing past month one is locked in.

  1. Week 0

    We talk

An open conversation about your business, what slows it down and where you want it in a year. No pitch and no form to fill in first.

  2. Weeks 1 and 2

    I learn how you run

I look at how your team really works and what you already use, then write down where time goes, what keeps breaking and what is worth building first.

  3. Month 1

    We ship something small

The first piece goes live inside a month. We both find out how it feels to work together before anything bigger is decided.

  4. Months 2 to 6

We build in order of value

One shared list of what comes next, reordered every month as your business changes. Changing direction never means starting a new contract.

  5. Month 6 onwards

I become part of how you run

Maintenance, new features and a second opinion on every technical decision. We review the scope each quarter so it stays the right size.

How we keep in step.

  • A weekly call

Thirty minutes at the same time every week: what shipped, what is next, what is stuck.

  • One shared board

Everything in progress, in plain language, visible to you at any time.

  • A preview before every release

Changes go to a private link you can click through before customers ever see them.

  • You own all of it

Code, accounts and domains are in your name from the first day.

  • Straight about limits

If something is outside what I do well, I say so and point you to who does it better.

Have a problem that should be a system?

Tell me what you’re trying to build, automate or improve. I’ll help turn the idea into something usable.

  1. You send the brief. A few lines is enough.
  2. We talk it through. I ask about how your business works today.
  3. You get a plan. Scope, timeline and cost in writing, before any work starts.
