How it came together
A brand-forward website for Core Synergy Trading (新力佳有限公司), a distribution company in Perak running since 2003. Editorial, multi-section, built to make a 20-year business feel current.
The problem
A distribution business that had run for two decades had no web presence that matched it. Off-the-shelf templates made a serious, established company look like a startup.
The approach
Treat it like a brand, not a brochure. Tell the whole story across sections — coverage, operations, the brands they carry, even the team trips — so a visitor feels the company, not just reads a list.
How it’s built
A multi-section, responsive front-end with a strong editorial type system, real photography, and scroll-paced sections. Designed in Figma first, then built and shipped to the live web.
What shipped
A live, cohesive brand site that carries the company's actual story — its Perak coverage, its warehouses, its 80+ brands — with a premium editorial feel throughout.
What I took from it
Designing around a real business is different from designing for yourself. The constraints — their voice, their history, their customers — are what make the work good.
